Roger Mullender LLB (Hons) Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Criminal)

Roger Mullender qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and practised criminal and family law in London before taking over the firm in 2002. He has overall responsibility for the management of the practice, its people and maintaining the high standards of service delivered to clients. Roger has been a solicitor trainer for over 15 years.

His areas of practice include criminal law and civil litigation. He is known for his excellent manner and rapport with clients, strategic thinking and firm approach in cases.

He has a wealth of experience representing clients accused of all manner of criminal offences including murder, large scale drugs importation, sexual offences, serious violence, internet crime and customs and excise cases.

Roger has successfully represented clients prosecuted by the Serious Fraud office on lengthy, complex international fraud cases. He has defended military personnel accused of serious offences at court martial in the UK and in Europe.

He is regularly instructed by commercial and lay clients in a variety of civil disputes, professionals in regulatory matters and parents and students in education disputes and academic appeals.
