Mullenders was established in Woking, Surrey in 2001 and moved to Richmond in 2012.

Roger Mullender is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience and regularly represents clients at Crown Courts as well as Magistrates Courts and in Police Stations. Representing clients accused of all manner of offences including murder, large scale drugs importation, sexual offences, serious violence, internet crime and customs and excise cases, Roger's experience is extensive and wide ranging.

Roger has also successfully represented clients prosecuted by the Serious Fraud office on lengthy and complex international cases and specialises in Court Martial work, representing military personnel accused of serious offences both in the UK and in Europe.

Establishment of the Richmond office in 2012 brought in senior consultant Jane Wright. Roger and Jane's working relationship extends back to 1993, when they trained together in a London practice. Specialising exclusively in family work, Jane's reputation goes before her and with Angela Piliero joining the team in 2014, the firm’s reputation for handling family matters was cemented further.

Specialising in civil litigation, injunctions and disputes and all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements and children’s issues, Anne-Marie Smith joined the firm in 2015.
